    The purchase experience with the sales person was excellent, the salesman was very nice and professional, but the issue has been the Finance portion. I could not sign my car when I purchased it on Saturday 8/9, so they told me to come back on Monday 8/9. I had to wait a very long time for the Finance guy and the process was long and tedious, inside his office that also felt hot. He was a bit pushy despite me telling several times that I didn't want to pay more in my monthly payments. It's been almost 2 weeks, my old car that was traded-in is already on their website being offered as a CPO, but my loan hasn't been paid off and the bank says I'm late in my payments and at risk of getting a late payment fee. They told me that the dealership is the one who needs to take care of that payment and that I had to follow up with them. I sent an email to the salesperson and the dealership's GM at 12 pm and went there in person but everyone was in "meetings" and nobody could see me and they told me the Finance guy was going to call me and I'm still waiting for an email response or a call, it's been 3 hours already. This is the first time in all the years trading-in cars, even at the same dealership, that I get a call from the bank of the traded-in car to tell me that I was late and that the car hasn't been paid off. My credit is excellent and I don't want it to get affected because of someone else's mistake.

    Good to see a service mgr actively involved with customers vs sitting behind his desk . He took care of customers and helped out. However many complaints overheard from over booking .

    I scheduled my service because I got a text saying that I would get $59 off of a synthetic oil change. I confirmed with Richard both when I brought my car in and also when I was checking out that in fact, he had given me the $59 discount. I paid what he said and when I got home and looked at the invoice, he’d give me a $15 discount.. I felt not only ripped off, but lied to. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like being lied to.. I like Richard he’s a nice man but lying doesn’t work.
