Our Atlas was initially brought in for regular service and to have the A/C checked, as it wasn't blowing very cold. The service was done and the A/C issue diagnosed, however the parts were not available for the A/C repair. They were supposedly put on order( I believe early June). A follow up text was sent wanting to know how things were running with the car since service(End of June). I responded with still waiting for call about A/C parts. I was told they had delays due to a Cyber attack and were writing repair orders by hand and were unable to check delivery status and they would contact us as soon as system is back online. August 19, I text with request for status of A/C parts and received nothing. September 6, I text with request for status of A/C parts with the whole story again. I received a text stating, Let me check for you, the part was on B/O at the time of ordering( nothing about cyber attack). I will get with parts and give you an update. September 10, I sent a text asking for any information on parts. September 20, I sent another text requesting an update and reminding him that it has now been MONTHS since we brought the car in. Finally, a response that we can get scheduled the following week. During this time we also called the service department multiple times and received no phone calls back. Car has been in for the repair.
