I've stated this many time about this location, but the service folks there at Nalley VW of Alpharetta always return my car in BETTER condition than when I brought it in, regardless of what the service involved. I know this sounds expected, but I cannot tell you how many times I've taken other brand cars to their service department only to find that I now have 'grease' in the car or smudges all over the car, etc. I know it sounds a bit picky, but this tells me right away how they treat my car while it's in the service dept possession.
