Everything was perfect! Starting with my online experience and speaking with Silvia, she found what I was looking for. She sent me videos and even when I changed my mind, she still found me the right one! Apon'd arriving to the dealership, I was introduce to Chris, an amazing guy and he even entertained my 3-year-old during this process which made things a lot easier for me! When it was time to sign papers, the finance manager was great! He explained all the packages very well, and gave me and amazing deal that I couldn't pass up! I really enjoyed my experience with Nalley Volkswagen of Alpharetta!

I give Nalley VW 5 stars because of the service I receive from my sales man, Sergiy Pasichnyak. We have purchased over a dozen vehicles from Sergiy/Nalley and he always makes the process easy and convenient! He is very thorough and works hard to get the vehicle we need at a great price.

Pretty much the ideal dealership experience. Was there for a quick service thing with our Atlas and just started looking at new vehicles to pass the time. Before I knew it, Sylvia was going above and beyond to show me several new models. Less than an hour later I was signing a contract. No high pressure sales, finance department was incredibly nice and accommodating. It didn't feel like a chore or something I just wanted to end.

Our salesperson was great. Very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. When it came to the financing part, it took over an hour to just get into the man’s office to get started with the paper work. Our whole experience took close to 5 hours when it easily could probably have taken 3.
