    The staff was friendly and made it clear as to when my vehicle would be ready—latest possible scenario (didn’t try to sugar coat anything). My car ended up being done much sooner, which was great.

    Worse experience with a dealership in my whole life. I have many reasons: starting from the service in the facility, no snacks or no even a simple vending machine, I spended about 5 hours there with my family and no even a snack available to buy for my kids. Then I agree en signing up for a lease and after the seller confirming that my old lease will be break even (no equity positive or negative) they decided to put 3k in negative equity at the end when signing the documents. In fact I signed the documents that day with that conditions (no negative equity) and then the sales man called me on very aggressive manner the next Monday to ask me to return to the office and sign again because they made a mistake with the contract. I returned and signed the new agreement with the additional 3k in cost because I didn’t want to have an issue with the new car, etc. but it was a nightmare dealing with this dealership. This is many 3rd Atlas and I promised to myself not returned to Volkswagen never in my life as soon as I finish this lease. Very unprofessional dealership, not even an explanation from the manager about the changes in the contract or not even a minimum apologies. Honestly, again I have been leasing with VW since 2018 and this time was the worse experience ever with a VW dealership.

    My service advisor was great and the time it took to get my oil changed was amazing. They recommended tires and quoted a great rate. All in all, I have found my service home for my VW tiguan.
