My experience during the actual sales would have been 5 stars. The issue falls that after the purchase I quickly realized that the salesman and the dealership deceived me by telling me the car had 24 miles when in actuality it had over 240 miles. The contract says 24 but Brian has a picture and confirmed that 24 miles is NOT the correct mileage since it was a dealer transfer from another state. As a repeat customer of Nalley VW I reached out to Brian several times and attempted to reach the GM, leaving messages with no reply back. I wanted to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. However, no one has reached out with a solution to make me want to go back to Nalley. I’m extremely disappointed and disheartened after being a loyal customer for over a decade. I will have to take my business elsewhere.
