My service tech was very good. I really appreciate your changing the rear brake pads under warrantee. However, scheduling an appointment was difficult. I hate your phone service. Just getting to a person is much too difficult. After that experience I said to myself I would not be coming back to Nalley for service. Your courteous staff might have changed my opinion.
