I have been to Nalley VW Twice for service: 1)For a slow tire leak. Service said sure. An hour later he said I had a nail in the tire. Then he said do you want us to fix it. Yes, 2hr and 15 minutes it was ready. 2) Second time it was for an oil change and tires rotation. Which I had an appointment for. Two and 1/2 hours later it was ready.
