I’m upset at the fact that I was told by the adviser (Chad) that there was not a printout of the before specs on my alignment (2021 Atlas) yesterday he printed off what he thought was the after specs. I was charged $99 for an alignment and went about my way. I drove an hour back home and looked at my paperwork and noticed the before specs was on the sheet and the current specs was on the sheet and the numbers all matched and nothing was changed. My question is why did I get charged if I did not need an alignment? I know how to read these sheets I was a tech at a dealership for 4 years. Also, I reached out to the service manager the same afternoon and have still not heard anything back except wanting me to leave a review. I drive all the way from Douglasville to this vw specifically because I feel I can trust them but I’m shaking my head and not thinking I can anymore. This is not the first incident that I’ve had here and it is making me want to find a closer dealership to deal with. I have purchased two vehicles from Nalley and have driven there for the past 4 years to have my wife’s atlas serviced. If I’m not seeing the correct specs on my spec sheet I was given and I did indeed need the alignment then that is okay with me. I just would like a response!!!!
