I brought my vehicle in due to a manufacturer's recall for faulty doors — a defect that was entirely Volkswagen’s responsibility. Yet despite this, I was forced to rent a vehicle out of my own pocket because neither a loaner car nor a rental option was provided. I ended up spending $900 to stay mobile while my truck sat in the service bay. This was not only inconvenient — it was outrageous. The financial burden placed on me for a problem I didn’t cause is unacceptable. The lack of support and accountability from Volkswagen during this process was deeply disappointing and, frankly, infuriating. This experience has made me seriously question whether I will ever purchase another VW product again. If this is how loyal customers are treated during a recall, then it speaks volumes about the company’s values and customer care.

I had a scheduled appointment at 3:45 PM and arrived early at 3:30 PM, hoping the service team might be available sooner. Unfortunately, my car was picked up 1 hour and 15 minutes later and returned just 20 minutes after that. I left work and made arrangements for this appointment, but more than an hour of my time was wasted.
